Even in the face of unimaginable hardship, our dedicated team on the ground continues to serve. On 19 May, your generosity helped provide the following essentials to families across the Strip:

✅ HOT MEALS
For 500 forcibly displaced families in Gaza City

✅FRESH BREAD
2,000 pieces for 200 forcibly displaced families in Deir AlBalah

✅CLEAN WATER
~ 8,000 Liters in Khan Younis for at least 200 families ~ 6,000 Liters in North Gaza for at least 150 families

Flour supplies is running out; price has gone up tremendously. Viva Palestina Malaysia is committed to provide DAILY FRESH BREAD to 200 families for the whole month of April 2015. Our team has procured enough flour stock to last for a month, Insya'Allah.

1,000 packs of freshly cooked rice & vegetables were distributed to forcibly displaced families in Gaza City.

Eventhough we are not able to help them all, but TOGETHER we managed to provide daily aid to hundreds of families for over a year. Thanks to our generous DONORS who have made it possible.

At least 600 people were provided with HOT MEALS (freshly cooked food) in Gaza City.

Our daily aid will continue until end of February 2025. From March onwards our aid will be focusing on RAMADHAN projects:

The quantity of the above is depending on the amount of donations received through our RAMADHAN CAMPAIGN 2025.

130 FRESH FROZEN CHICKENS were distributed to families in Al-Remal, North Gaza. Each chicken weights approximately 1.4 Kilograms.

Please note that we have officially launched our RAMADHAN CAMPAIGN 2025. All donations received between 16 February ~ 31 March 2025 will be channeled to this campaign.

On 14 January 2025, Viva Palestina Malaysia received this URGENT request:

Project Name:* Supply of Lab Coats and Medical Scrubs for Al-Wafa Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation and Specialized Surgeries

*Project Classification:* Health Sector - Urgent

*Target Area:* Gaza Governorate and North Gaza - Gaza Strip

**Target Beneficiaries:* Medical staff (doctors, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, dentists, etc.), administrative staff, and service staff, totaling 150 employees

**Partner:* Al-Wafa Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation and Specialized Surgeries

*Project Description:* Due to direct shelling on hospitals and health centers, many medical facilities have suffered significant damage, resulting in the loss or destruction of medical clothing in emergency rooms, operating rooms, and storage rooms for medical supplies. Other medical supplies, including tools, medications, and medical clothing (lab coats and scrubs), were also damaged or burned due to fires within the hospitals, putting medical staff at risk of infection or transmission of diseases. This project aims to supply the necessary medical clothing for the staff at Al-Wafa Hospital to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met, addressing the needs of doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff working at the hospital.

*Implementation Duration:* 1 week - may change depending on field conditions

*Estimated Budget:* $2,900

Within about two weeks, they were sewn, packed, sealed and delivered

Our DAILY AID PROJECTS continue.

24,000 liters of clean drinking water was distributed in Al Sheikh Redwan area in North Gaza.

At least 600 families benefitted from this water project. We were informed that this area has not received water since 8 days ago.

We will continue with our DAILY AID as usual as long as the conditions on the ground permit. We are also doing ADDITIONAL AID, such as CASH AID and DRINKING WATER to assist as many families as possible.
