Some students were brought to the city to shop for their school uniform (First Photo), and some others have them delivered to their houses by our volunteers (Second Photo).

200 school bags including stationeries were distributed to 200 eligible students in Gaza just in time for the new school term.

The recent classes in a Palestinian Refugee Camp in Ain Al-Helwa in Southern Lebanon has resulted in many families been displaced. They were taking shelters in nearby mosques or relatives' homes.

Viva Palestina Malaysia was requested to provide emergency relief to these families. We agreed to provide the following items:

250 sets of freshly cooked hot meals (photo #1)
90 sets of Mattresses & Pillows (photo #2)

Project Budget: US$3,000

The project aims to give specific training for undergraduate students in order to enable them to find online jobs, to reduce the amount of unemployment in Gaza Strip.

Viva Palestina Malaysia sponsored seven (7) out of 15 participants in this project. The participants will undergo a series of hands-on training sessions on various fields for several months This is to ensure that they have sufficient skills to be employed for online jobs offered by international companies.

Project Budget: US$7,000 (@US$1,000 per participant)

The hospitals in Gaza are in constant need of fuel supply to provide power their generators whenever there is power supply cut; which is a common occurrence in Gaza. The generators help to ensure that the hospitals' operations, especially the critical medical devices, continue to function during these periods.

IMAM - Response & Relief Team (IMARET)* in collaboration with Viva Palestina Malaysia is currently running a fundraising campaign to raise more funds to supply fuel to charitable hospitals in Gaza.

For the first round, we managed to supply a total of 1,000 liters of fuel to these two (2) charitable hospitals:
1. Public Aid Hospital
Friend Patients Hospital

With your generosity, we hope to be able to provide fuel to ensure the smooth running of these hospitals.

Viva Palestina Malaysia managed to raise US$5,000 for Emergency Aid For Jenin after the Jenin Refugee Camp was attacked by the occupier regime recently; displacing some 3,000 people and injuring many others.

Immediate request from Jenin was for medicines and medical aid supplies from Al Razi Hospital. Two batches of medical aid deliveries were made; these photos are from the recent second delivery.

Last week, an orientation meeting was held for beneficiaries for micro loans under our Economic Empowerment Program for Poor Families Phase-2, held in Gaza, Palestine.

We hope this program will help to elevate the economy status of the beneficiaries and their families.

First round of emergency aid for Jenin was delivered.

Alhamdulillah, Viva Palestina Malaysia's Qurban @Palestine Campaign 2023 managed to contribute 9 cows and 10 sheep for Palestinian families in Gaza, Lebanon and Syria.

Four (4) Sheep were purchased through the collective Sadaqah Qurban (accumulated donations to our banks account from 1st June 2023). These Sheep are for Palestinian refugees families; 3 Sheep in Lebanon and 1 Sheep in Syria.

The numbers may not big, but they are highly appreciated by the Qurbani meat recipients.

We will share photos once available.

May Allah accept our Qurban and bless everyone involved in this campaign.

Our well and water desalination plant project in Shafa Amro School in Rafah, Gaza has finally completed.

The construction works started in April and it was officially opened in early June 2023. At least 4,000 students and staff from this school and a nearby school will now have free access to safe, clean & sweet drinking water.

Project Budget: US$14,000
This project was funded by a local foundation and several individuals from Malaysia.

There will be more entrepreneurs to be selected under this program in the near future.

Gaza is currently under attack again.

We have initiated a donation drive for rental of houses for 14 families; whose houses are destroyed during current Israeli aggression. Each family requires US$500 to rent a house for a duration of two months. However, the number of families in need of roof above their heads are growing. The more we raised, the more families that we can help.
